This is another photomanipulation gift for ~opiumofthemasses, and yes, it's Penélope Cruz again. The bit at the top is the first stanza of Neruda's Poema 16, which has a weird and perfect duality about it, when you're looking for it--it sounds like Neruda is talking to his dream woman. His dream woman floating in a cloud of suspiciously thick and pure white lazy decadent opulent smoke.

Here's the text:

En mi cielo al crepúsculo eres como una nube
y tu color y forma son como yo los quiero.
Eres mía, eres mía, mujer de labios dulces,
y viven en tu vida mis infinitos sueños.
